    PGDM 2023-25 List of Documents required at the time of admission

    Candidates will be required to Upload Scanned PDF of the following Original documents on
    to the DASHBOARD Link, post registration.

    A) Pre-Admission Documents
    1. Valid CAT/XAT/CMAT/ATMA/ and GMAT Score Card.
    2. Class X Mark sheet AND Certificate (Single PDF)
    3. Class XII Mark sheet AND Certificate (Single PDF)
    4. Undergraduate (Bachelors) Mark sheet (All Semesters) AND if Passed Graduation
    Degree Passing Certificate issued by the University (Single PDF)
    5. Certificate of Nationality and Place of birth (Birth certificate/ School leaving
    certificate wherein Place of birth is mentioned/ Passport/ Domicile Certificate)
    6. Undertaking only for candidates whose Final year results are pending (to be
    printed from the Dashboard, signed and Uploaded).

    B) Post-Admission Documents
    1. Personal Detail Form
    2. Medical History Form
    3. Anti-Ragging Undertaking by Student and Parents(Steps to Generate the
    Affidavits).
    4. General Undertaking for all the Candidates
