In case of tie, prizes will not be shared. AICF Player Registration AICF registration is compulsory. AICF registration fees Rs.250/- for the year 2023-2024. As per Latest AICF regulation dated 31.07.2017, it is informed that from 01 September, 2017 all AICF registrations will be accepted onlythrough online, Players / Arbiters registration should be done well before the start of event ( Tournament ). New entrants to the field of chess are informed that AICF players registration is mandatory and it should be done well before participationg in any tournament. Chennai District Player Registration Chennai DCA Registration fee is Rs.75/- for the year 2023 - 2024 ( for Chennai district players only) Protests Protests if any, against the decision of the Chief Arbiter shall be made in writing with protest fee of Rs.500/- within 15 minutes of the occurrence of the incident to the appeals committee. The protest fee will be refunded if the appeal is upsheld. Appeals Committee Before the commencement of the Tournament, appeals committee will be formed from the senior participants present at the players meeting. The appeals committee decisions will be final and binding on all players concemed.
