1.0 INTRODUCTION
This chapter presents the project of the food business about various types of ube, the goal of this
business is to exceed the customer expectations and products to be sold. All necessary factors must be
taken into (the business) consideration before you can start your own business.
NAME ADDRESS
The Plan of having the name UBE HUB was made on March 28, 2023 this business was made for Filipinos
the location of our business is located in BRGY. RIZAL, MAKATI CITY we've been searching the best food
for Filipinos and we found out that the Filipinos loves UBE COMPANY MISSION AND VISION The Mission
Statement of UBE HUB is To provide continued customer
satisfaction by maintaining value driven and positive work attitude employees, and become the leading
furniture maker, supplier in the market today" The Vision Statement is "Acknowledge that the service
excellence concept must be a key part of the very structure and operation of the
organization. Understands that people and systems in the organization must be constantly tuned to
customer needs and to management's evolving concept of service excellence." and "to be a leading
organization to provide training, knowledge and service all over the world in the environmental
sanitation industry"
1.2 BUSINESS LOCATION
Our Stall ( Ube Hub’s ) is settled in Maya St., Adarna Corner, Barangay Rizal , Makati City.This stall is
located near Vladdy's Soft Drinks, this position is good for our stall because this location is expected to
be one of the main roads in barangay rizal and to be the only one who sells variety Ube, There will be no
other competitors since there are no other who sells ube but us and our Ube has different variety.
1.3 COMPANY MISSION AND VISION
Mission:
To make a convenient and affordable ube hub for our customers to try and buy it. We'll do our
very best to pursue their demands, needs, and wants all in one together molded in our product.
Vision:
To provide them the best food that they could afford but with high quality. Ube hub is the best
for dessert. We would sell it for them at an affordable price so that everyone can buy it and they
will be able to try our awesome product.
Our unique selling proposition is that we have different styles of cooking our product. It has a taste that
cannot be found anywhere else, only in UBE HUB.

Yam (Ube) and Crispy Spring Roll Pastry (Turon). It's a healthier and more indulgent

The procurement officer's responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining positive

records.
