months ending 30th June Annually as an IT Operations Manager. I am a holder of Diploma in
ICT (KNEC) from The Eldoret National Polytechnic. I have also worked in private
businesses within and outside Eldoret from time to time as I studied both in full time and part
time job. In addition, I am also a tax consultant for a few private companies and individuals
from a tax experience background which has grown for more than 5 years now.

 Configuring Computer system with the printers using IP address.


 Providing IT assistance to staff and customers.
 Resolving logged errors in a timely manner.
 Forwarding through the email the registered records of clients to head office.
 User Support System; After user report issue to my help desk through phone or
email, I could truck the issue and find a solution to the problem on how to fix it. If I
wasn’t in position to fix the problem I could escalate to relevant department.
 Add or update workstations for office staffs.
 Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately.
