A Guide for Virtual Assistants

Why use Facebook to establish my VA
business?

By 2022, 20% of the total population in the

world is on Facebook and this is a big
potential market for a client.

What is a Facebook Page and how it helps?

Facebook Pages are the gateway for

businesses to market to more than 1.56 billion
people that use Facebook actively on a daily
basis.

Can I find a client using Facebook?

More than 200 million small businesses

around the world use Facebook. It is a big
market for you to dive into.
So, let's say that you're getting started today as a
VA and you need to build your social media brand
to market your business - where are you spending
your energy more?

Facebook has offered 1.56 billion daily active

users, 20% of the total population in the world is
on Facebook, and this is a big number to start.

Here is what you can do:

1. FACEBOOK PAGE AS YOUR WEB S ITE
Facebook Page can act as a free website or landing page
for your audience, in this case, your potential clients. This
page will act as your portfolio to your audience, so it
should reflect you as a trustworthy and competent VA.

Make sure to put extra attention to your profile picture,

and your cover photo. You can also edit your description
to include a phone number, website, email, mission, and
more. Testimonials and reviews will also help to boost
your page.
2. JOIN THE FACEBOOK GROUPS
A Facebook Group can be a powerful way to truly be
personal with your audience. Use the right keywords to
join the right group, and if you have a niche, you can also
target the behavior of your niche.

Join at least a group with 1,000 members so the

engagement will be higher. Facebook insight’s on the
group will also tell you how active a community is before
you even join it. Join at least 10 to 20 groups as a start.
You can always narrow them down if you like.
3. PERSONAL PROFILE = PERS ONALITY

Some Facebook Groups would not allow Facebook Page

to join, and while this happens, you can still market your
service and business as a VA using your Personal
Facebook Profile.

You can engage, post, comment, and put values in the

Facebook Groups while preparing your Personal Profile
to help boost your VA business. Put links in your “About”
info to drive more traffic to your business. You can put
your Facebook Page link or your website. Either way, the
engagement you made in the Facebook Groups will
attract your audience to reach you.
Thank You!
HOPE ALL THIS INFORMATION
IS HELPFUL FOR YOU.
