The Employer and the Contractor hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as "Parties" WHEREAS- (A) Pursuant to a Contract Agreement dated 24 December 2010 (‘Contract'), the Employer has appointed the Contractor to provide, undertake and perform the Works upon the terms and subject to the conditions therein contained and set forth, {B) The Partios herein agree to enter into this Supplemental Agreement and to amend and vary the ‘existing terms and conditions of the Contract on the terms and conditions hereinafter appearing.
