1, OBJECTIVE
This Policy shall def

2. SCOPE
Applicable to all wilshire labs full time employees (FTE).
3. RESPONSIBIL
Lead reward & policy will be responsible to ensure systematic execution with continuous
analysis
AIL HODs will be responsible to implement this policy in true lettering spirit.
4. LEAVES DETAIL
Allocation of Leaves
Casual & sick leaves will be entitled from the date of joining on prorate basis.
Annual Lea
The annual leaves shall be entitled after confirmation on prorate basis.
Hay
Hajj leaves shall be entitled after confirmation with the company only one time in employee
whole tenure with the organization. Prior approval from concerned HOD and HR director is

Maternity Leaves are allowed to all permanent female staf of company. Maternity leaves
can be availed during service with at least three years gap between such leaves.
Compensatory Leaves will be entitled to staff against working on “off days” duly approved
by their HOD. For working on off days, employees should share prior information to HR by
keeping their HOD in the loop. Compensatory leaves will be entitled on followii

Submission of Leave
I's every employee's responsibility to enter the leave timely in ERP, In case of non-
submission of leave, a verbal intimation will be given to concerned person for careful entry
of availed leave in ERP. Second time non-compliance of above will lead to second verbal

fourth time non-compliance, employee will be suspended from the job as per law
In case of non-submission of leave application, the employee shall be marked absent and
same quantity of leaves shall be deducted from his available leaves balances in following
order:
1. Compensatory leave
2. Exempted leave
3. Casual leave
4. Sick leave
Annual leave
If available leave balance is less than actual deduction days or leave balance is zero, then
deductions days will be deducted trom employee's salary

Please elaborate the reason for leave/short leave clearly on leave application form.

6.1 For employee's facilitation up to 3 short leaves for manager and above and up to 2 short
leaves for all management grade staff will be allowed ina month.

7. LEAVE WITH OUT PAY
Ifan employee has no leave in his credit, Management has sole discretion to grant leave without
pay. In such case although deduction shall be made from his salary but employee will not be
considered absent
8. ATTENDANCE MARKING ON BIO MATRIX MACHINE
All employees should mark their in/out time on bio matrix machines as per their assigned shift
timings

All employees should ensure timely arrival at work as per a
