Information for SKAT (the Danish tax authorities).

We regret having to trouble you again, but we have not heard from you since we wrote to
you for the first time about 8 weeks ago.

When you live abroad and hold an account with Danske Bank, we are obliged to obtain in-
formation for the Danish tax authorities regarding your address, tax residency and tax ID
number (TIN). The authorities need the information because they need to exchange infor-
mation with the tax authorities in your country of residence regarding, for example, bank
accounts held by customers living abroad.

What you need to do

 Go to https://danskebank.dk/selfcert_tax
 Save/download the form on your computer
 Fill in the form and save it on your computer
 Obtain an address verification document (gas/electricity/water/landline phone bill,
bank statement, etc.).
 Return the form and the address verification document to us by replying to the
original Danske eBanking message and attaching the form and the document

If you live in Denmark, please go to Borgerservice to update your address – we will be no-
tified automatically. If you need assistance with your TIN in your country of residence, fur-
ther information is available here.

If we do not receive the form within 4 weeks, we unfortunately have to block your ac-
counts, cards and Danske eBanking access. As soon as we get the required information, we
will remove the blocking, and you will once again be able to use our products and services.
