Test Code Test Subject / Syllabus 101 ‘The test comprises of 225 objective type multiple choice questions based on Plus Two syllabus. Out of these 225 questions, 90 will be from Math- ematies, 75 from Physics and 60 from Chemistry. The duration of the test. will be three hours. Please Note: The test will be conducted in such manner that the section will be conducted first (60 Mimtes) and then Chem- section (45 Minutes). The test for Mathematics will be conducted next (75 Minutes) as third section. 102 The Lateral Entry Test for admission to III Semester of the B. Tech course comprises 200 objective type questions designed to test the profi- ciency in English (20 questions), Mathematics (50 questions), Engineer- ing Mechanics (40 questions), Engineering Graphics (40 questions) and General Enginecring (50 questions), ‘The test shal! be of 3 hours duration and the maximum marks will be 600. For each right answer 3 marks will be awarded and for each wrong answer one mark will be deducted 103 The test comprises of 150 objective type multiple choice questions based on three subjects, viz, English Language, Numerical Reasoning and Com- prehension and Logical Reasoning ability. Ont of these 150 questions, 60 will be to test the Numerical Reasoning ability, 45 will be to test the proficiency in English Language and 45 will be to test the Comprehen- sion and Logical Reasoning ability of the candidate. The duration of the test will be two hours. The test comprises of 225 objective type multiple choice questions based on Plus Two syllabus. Out of these 225 questions, 75 will be from Physics (225 marks), 60 from Chemistry (180 marks) and 90 from Biology (270 marks). The duration of the test will be 60 minutes for Physics, 45 min- utes for Chemistry and 75 minutes for Biology. The test will be conducted in such manner that the Physics section will be conducted first (60 Min- utes) and then Chemistry section (45 Minutes). Biology (75 Minutes) will be conducted as a separate session 201 The Aptitude Test common for BBA LL.B (H) and B.Com LL.B(H) ‘The test comprises of 150 objective type questions in two parts as given below. For each right answer 3 marks will be awarded and for each wrong, answer one mark will be deducted. 502 “Test for MSc (Computer Science) — Comprises of 150 objective type ques- tions designed to test the aptitude and capability of an applicant for pur- suing the MSc Computer Science (Both Specializations). 100 questions will be from Computer Science and Applications covering areas such as C, C++, DATA Base Management Systems, Algorithms, Data Struc- tures, Operating Systems at the Bachelor level of Computer Science / Information Technology/Computer Applications while the remaining 50 questions will be to test the ability of the candidate in logical reasoning based on pictures, geometrical figure, pattern of words, number sequence, logic decoding, Basic Mathematics etc. 601 Biotechnology — Comprises 150 objective type Graduate level questions giving equal weightage to areas of Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology and Chemistry 602 Botany ~Botany at the Graduate level 604 Chemistry — Chemistry at the Graduate level G06 Electronic Science -Electronic Science at the Graduate level 607 Engineering Science ~ For testing the aptitude of an applicant for admis- sion to the interdisciplinary programme MSc Environmental Science and Technology Stream 1. Questions will be Graduate level. 608 Fisheries / Fisheries Science — Fisheries, Fisheries Science at the Gradu- ate level 609 Geology — Geology at the Graduate level 611 Life Sciences — Tests the subject knowledge as well as aptitude of an ap- plicant for admission to various interdisciplinary programmes. Graduate level Questions will therefore be from the areas of Life Science / Medi- cal Science / Agricultural Science, which a graduate in any of the above branches of study should be able to answer. 612 Mathematics ~ Mathematics at the Graduate level 613 at the Graduate level 614 ‘sat the Graduate level G15 Zoology — Zoology at the Graduate level 618 Food Science — Food Science at the Graduate level G21 Aptitude Test for M Voc Programme in Software Application Devel- opment — There shall be 150 objective type questions in the following pattern at the Graduate level: 20% - Engineering Mathematics, 20% - Computer Science, 20% - Verbal and reading comprehension, 20% - Log- ical reasoning (based on pictures, geometrical figures, patterns of words, Number sequences, Set Theory, Logic decoding, reasoning etc.) 20% - Programming aptitude 622 623 624 625 Aptitude Test for M Voc Technology and Management Consulting There shall be 150 objective type questions in the following pattern at the Graduate level: 30% - Quantitative ability, 25% - Data interpretation and logical reasoning, 25% - Verbal and reading comprehension, 20% ~ Current affairs in technology and business Aptitude Test for Microbiology ~ There shall be 150 objective type ques- tions in the following pattern at the Graduate level: 50% - Microbiology, 15% - Botany, 15% - Zoology, 15% - Biotechnology, 5% - Environment Sciences ‘Aptitude Test for MSc in Econometrics and Financial Technology - There shall be 150 objective type questions in the following pattern at the Graduate level: 30% - Economics, 30% - Mathematies and Statistics, 30% - Finance and 10 % from General Awareness, There shall he 150 multiple choice questions with equal weightage given to physics, chemistry, biology, forensic science and computer science at the Graduate level. 626 Part 1 — Proficiency in English and General Knowledge — 50 questions Analytical Reasoning and capability ~ 50 questions Part 2 — Proficiency in Law and Life Sciences
