I will live at ## Grants Way in Barrie Ontario

2. I will live in the basement appartment at the same residence as my Aunt Rita Lynn French who
initially took my child into her care after she was apprehended from my care at the Royal Victoria
Hospital in Barrie two days after she was born. My aunt has lived at this residence with her
husband Bill for close to 20 years and they raised their four children (my cousins) there. Three of
whom still reside at this residence aswell as my Grandmother Rita Lynn MacDermott under their
care.

3. My daughter will live with me at this residence in the basement appartment

4. My daughter is only a year and a half old and is not in need of daycare nor enrolled in school at
this time

5. We will explore options for my daughters enrollment in schooling / daycare when the time is
appropriate

6. Yes I am enrolled in counselling and would like to further my education in engineering and have
been researching various options available to me for the future

7. At this time I am currently taking Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as well as Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy. These are completed over a lengthly period of time and can be worked at my own pace
as it is offered through an online platform (work available upon request) I have also been taking
a course through Ember Counselling Services about healthy partnerships and family relations.
This is also done online. I have completed trauma counselling course through Ontario Probation
and Parole out of Goderich with Cory Leduc. I have been actively participating in counselling
services focused on mothers with addictions and trauma through the Thrive program in Kingston
with Jessica MacDonald. I regularly attend AA and NA meetings in my community and have a
sponsor to speak to at any time.

8. My child will have lots of support available for her in her development and growth. I am more
than willing to have a partnership with her father should he choose to once he is released from
custody and / or conditions he currently faces. I also have my Aunt Rita Lynn French who will live
upstairs from us who is a retired registered nurse from the Sick Kids Hospital in Toronto. My
cousins who also live in the home are avialable regularly and only a staircase away. They also
work in the caregiving industry as professional support workers or in school. My mother and
father have always been supports to me and though they live in another province they have
always offered their help in any way they can. My mother has been a paralegal for Ontario
Children's Lawyers offices for well over 2 decades before relocating to Alberta and both parents
have been married for over 36 years during which time I have never witnessed a single violent
act on either of their parts nor heard them raise their voices to one another. I will have a very
good pediatrician available for my daughter whom my aunt took her to when she was an infant
and I believe is still listed as her doctor. I will have support from family friends who are nearby
