There are two methods of printing family trees on Ancestry. First(Family view) and second
(Pedigree view). Each method has its own unique way of printing the family tree.

discoveries with loved ones, printing your family tree is a great option.
Below we have given some important steps, following which you can easily print your
Ancestry Family Tree.
First, go to the Ancestry.com website and log in to your account. If you don’t have an
Ancestry account or are having trouble logging in, visit this post.
From your account dashboard, locate the top menu and select the “Trees” tab. This will
display a dropdown menu with a list of your family trees. From this menu, simply choose
the specific family tree that you wish to print.
Once you are viewing your family tree, then you will have the option to select the format
in which you prefer to print it. You can choose among the Pedigree, Family, or
Descendants view. Select the format that best suits your preferences for printing your
Ancestry family tree.
Select Print
After selecting the format, locate the “Print” button. It’s often located in the upper-right
corner of the screen. After clicking on this button, a new window will open with printing
options.

Choose your print settings
In the new Window, you’ll be able to choose what information to include on your printouts,
such as your facts, notes, and photos. You can also choose the number of generations
to include in your printout.
After finalizing your print settings, proceed by clicking on the “Preview” option. This
action will open a new browser tab, displaying a preview of your family tree.
Once you have confirmed that everything is correct, you can proceed to print your
ancestry family tree by selecting the “Print” button in your browser.
From your account dashboard, locate the top menu and select the “Trees” tab. This will
display a dropdown menu with a list of your family trees. From this menu, simply choose
the specific family tree that you wish to print.
Once you are viewing your family tree, select the “Pedigree” view. This specific view
highlights your direct line of ancestors, showcasing a concise representation of your
lineage.
Select Print
locate the “Print” button. It’s often located in the upper-right corner of the screen. After
clicking on this button, a new window will open with printing options.
In the new Window, you’ll be able to choose what information to include on your printouts,
such as your facts, notes, and photos. You can also choose the number of generations to
include in your printout.
Ancestry.com provides two options for printing your family tree – The Pedigree View
(Horizontal, with ancestors on the right) and the Family View (vertical, with ancestors on
the top).
You can choose your preferred view based on your personal preference. Please follow
the steps above to print your selected view.

To print the family group sheet on your ancestry com, then follow the given steps.
From a person’s profile page, tap on the “Tree Name Menu” located in the top-left
corner of the screen.
Select “Family Group Sheet” from the drop- down menu list.
Next, click “Print” from the top-left corner of your Family Group sheet page.
Now press “OK” or “Print”.
First, ancestry.com sign in. If you forgot your username and password when you
signed in, visit this post to recover it.
After signing in, open the desired document.
After that find the print option/icon.
Then adjust the settings.
And now click “Print” and collect your document.
