Terms and Conditions

This document provides a basic understanding between “Product Hunter” and “Investor”. Both
parties agreed to work on Project basis USD $400. Investor will pay $400 USD at market rate on
the last portal approval. Product hunter and Investor must agree on following terms and
conditions before commencing work. These terms and conditions are valid for Amazon FRANCE
market.
1. Product hunter will pay for his/her hunting tools.
2. Product Hunter will not pass on the information of the hunted product (that includes
approved or disapproved) to any third party.
3. Hunter will start working from 1 DEC 2021.
4. If product approves on the final stage on EC Portal, only then investor will pay $400 USD
to Hunter. Payment will be released to hunter as soon as product approved at the final
stage on EC Portal.
5. Product Hunter cannot use or share content of this agreement on any platform that
include but not limited to social media.
6. Product hunter is responsible for Utility Patent and will replace the product at no cost to
Investor in case a Utility Patent is found.
