channel on YouTube .

The partnership, which should run until December 31, 2022,

aims to tackle the disinformation disseminated against the
electoral process, mainly to guarantee the legitimacy and
integrity of the 2022 General Elections, next October.

To this end, Twitter undertakes to activate search prompts to

assist users who seek information about the Elections on the
platform, especially about the electronic ballot box, the electoral
process and disclosure of clarifications about serious

expression for this year's elections", added Daniele, praising the

work of the Electoral Justice and, in particular, the TSE, in the
fight against misinformation in the context of elections.

The network will also create Moments through the

@MomentsBrasil platform from tweets published on TSE
accounts, Regional Electoral Courts (TREs), media and fact-

the electoral process and the General Elections of 2022. Finally,
Twitter will also support TSE initiatives to increase the
dissemination of official content. And it will still create emojis
about the elections.

Since 2018, the Electoral Justice has been working to combat

the spread of false news related to elections and the Electoral
Justice. The memorandums of understanding, which do not
incur any cost to the TSE, are part of the Program to Combat
Disinformation , launched in August 2019 and made permanent
in 2021. The terms of the documents point out the dangers of
the proliferation of false news for democratic stability, especially
in the context of a general lawsuit, and the need for cooperation
from digital platforms in measures aimed at curbing or
neutralizing the dissemination of inauthentic content over the
internet.
