The State of Nevada, to any Peace Officer in the County of Clark. Proof by Affidavit
having been made before me by Detective Clifford Mogg, P# 5096, said Affidavit attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference, that there is probable cause to believe that
certain property, namely

1. Computers to include but not be limited to laptops, tablets, and desktops.

2. Electronic storage devices include but not be limited to thumb drives,
CDs, external hard drives, audio recording/storage devices, and other
electronic storage media.
3. To include but not limited to notes, writings, ledgers, and other
handwritten or typed documents concerning television shows,
documentaries, YouTube episodes, book manuscripts, and movies
concerning the murder of Tupac Shakur.
4. Photos, movies, CDs, writing, or other documentation showing Duane
Keith Davis a.k.a. “Keefy D” or “Keffe D” involvement with the Southside
Compton Crips.
5. Cellular Telephones belonging to Duane Keith Davis DOB:
6. Copies of the book “Compton Street Legend” by Keffe D with Yusuf Jah
including manuscripts and notes.
7. and articles of personal property which would tend to establish the
identity of persons in control of said premises, which items of property
would consist in part of and include, but not limited to papers, documents,
and effects which tend to show possession, dominion, and control over said
premises, including but not limited to keys, canceled mail envelopes, rental
agreements, and receipts, utility and telephone bills, prescription bottles,

vehicle registration, vehicle repairs, and gas receipts. Items that tend to
show evidence of motive and/or the identity of the perpetrator such as
photographs and undeveloped film, insurance policies and letters, address
and telephone records, diaries, and other documents, whether such items
are written, typed, or stored on computer discs. Objects which bear a
person's name, phone number, or address.

described as a single-story residence with stucco construction, beige in color with
white trim. There is a double-car garage on the northwest side of the house and
the garage door is white in color. The front door faces west, is located on the west
side of the house, and has a white metal security door in front of the entry door.
The numbers are in black on a white background on the west side of the house
on a pillar near the front door.

And as I am satisfied that there is probable cause to believe that said property is
located as set forth above and that based upon the affidavit attached hereto there are
sufficient grounds for the issuance of the Search Warrant. Furthermore, I acknowledge
this is NOT a no-knock search warrant as defined by SB50 Section 1.9.

You are hereby commanded to search forthwith said premises for said property,
serving this warrant anytime day or night, and if the property is there to seize it, prepare
a written inventory of the property seized, and make a return for me within ten days.
