• A non-refundable Airline and Hotel reservation fee of Five Hundred dollars ($500) per
person is required to guarantee seat and hotel blockings.
• Balance must be settled at least two weeks prior to departure.
• Check payments must be payable to Best Wing Travel & Tours.
• It is understood that the said amount will not be refunded in the event of cancellations
• It is mutually agreed upon that in the event the confirmed passengers go below the
guaranteed number of persons, the rate of the package will be subject to recomputation.
