support high level management on recruiting need using SAP Business Objects BI 4.2. Supported
daily ETL process from Peoplesoft into recruiting data warehouse in Sybase.
 Designed/developed Asian payroll reporting system using star schema in Sybase; Massive data
profiling using IDQ (Analyst Tool) prior to data staging. Used IDQ to complete initial data profiling
and removing duplicate data. ETL check points using control table; automated daily loads and backup
files using Autosys job and shell scripting.
 Re-built HR recruiting data warehouse to get data from Taleo. Data element mapping between two

$20 million. The project demands high performance/strict deadlines and targets.
 Developing universes, reports for RRS for FCC and MPSC using Business Objects (designer, report
writer, WEBi, and supervisor modules), PWE and ORACLE 8i.
 Scheduling of monthly production reports using Business Objects Broadcast Agent Server.
 Monitoring and checking daily load processes to UNIX based RRS ORACLE 8i database Staging
