NOTICE OF APPLICATION

LET ALL PARTIES concerned attend before the Judge (or Registrar) in Chambers of
Magistrates Court for an application on the part of the Judgment Creditor for an order
that all debts due and accruing due from the Garnishee to the Judgment Debtor (in the
total sum of RM93,597.00 as at 01.12.2021) be attached to answer a Judgment
recovered against the Judgment Debtor by the Judgment Creditor in the Magistrates
Court on 16.03.2020 (together with the costs of the garnishee proceedings) on which
judgment sum in total of RM93,597.00 (as at 01.12.2021) remains due and unpaid.

AND for an order for the Garnishee to attend before the Magistrates Court on a date to
be fixed on an application by the Judgment Creditor that the Garnishee do pay the
Judgment Creditor the debt due from the Garnishee to the Judgment Debtor, or so
much thereof as may be sufficient to satisfy the Judgment together with the costs of the
garnishee proceeding.
The grounds of the application are set forth in the Affidavit in Support of SITI RAFIDAH
BINTI MAISIN @ ALI affirmed on 03.01.2022 and filed herewith and in summary the
Judgment Debtor is indebted to the Judgment Creditor pursuant to the Judgment and
the Judgment Debtor is believed to hold bank account with the Garnishee.
