Reference to our show cause ref no. ANS/SO/2022-23/219 dated 20 th

January’2023, you were charged as of misappropriation of Company funds and
Medicines. In your reply to the show cause dated 25 Jan’2023, you requested to
provide time till 31st March’2023 to settle the issue and the Management granted
your request. However, you have failed to settle the issue in the given time.

The details of the charges levelled against you are as follows:

1. You have taken Medical Advance for workers Rs. 260000 (Rupees Two Lacs
Sixty Thousand) in the year 2021-22 and out of which you have adjusted only
Rs. 40000 from your Arrear Payment. Further, you have not submitted any bill
for the amount Rs. 220000 from a long period of time despite of several verbal
requests and warnings.

2. That you are not maintaining the Stock Register of Medicines procured by the
Company and provided by the Govt. of Assam.

This shows your negligence towards duty and misappropriation of Company

Funds and Medicines.

It may be noted that you have conducted a serious misdeed which amounts to
gross misconduct under section 14(1) and 14(2) of the Standing Orders in force.

You are hereby asked to give written explanation within 3 (three) days from
receipt of this charge-sheet that why disciplinary action should not be initiated
against you and failing of which will lead to further disciplinary proceedings ex-
parte.
