Introduction
Stress is one of the leading cause of death worldwide and therefore it is important to understand
the root causes for the stress and how to alleviate those problems at first instance. Stress could be
one of the reason for the death worldwide according to the research, stress can lead to other
disease such as, the blood pressure and the heart attack, stroke. This might be due to the big
changes that are being faced by you and therefore would depend on the circumstances that are
outside. This might be due to the unlimited control over the access of the problem and thus there
is limited solution for the same which is causing stress.

Methods
There are various methods for the determination of the stress levels in the human body these
might include the blood test and other test which can predict the presence of the stress chemicals
in the body. These methods must be utilized to determine the cause for the stress and therefore
would need to perform the true test. This might be caused by the discrimination being faced
either at workplace or the social environment. How it can be avoided will depend on certain
traits and the conditions. Your past experiences and how you think about your past (Jiang et al.,
2018). The amount of support you would have from other people. Causes could lead to the
experiencing crime and justice system, such as, being arrested or going to a court.

Ethical considerations for stress

Proper treatment options must be considered for these patients and thus deliver the better results
that are necessary to fulfill their role. Ethical matters must be considered and thus their
evaluations will be done from the perspective of their stress testing and their implementation.
Ethical considerations must be considered and factored into the decision making process.
However, this will be critical to making these decision making processes based on the realistic
assumptions (Naylor & Coleman 2018).

Participants for stress

Some participants in the form of the stress interview will be discussed and reviewed based on the
policies and the procedures. These participants might exhibit traits that are commensurate to the
overall characteristics of the firms values. These participants would deliver the new set of their
experiences being shared and how those values have become an issue (Cano et al., 2018).

Measure of stress

Stress can be measured through the various method, one of them is the stress chemicals that
would have been produced in the human body and thus implement these policies that are
relevant. However, these must be done according to the measurement criteria being set and
would therefore determine the need for the firm to meet these goals (Jang et al., 2018).
Recommendations:
 Stress can be reduced by doing the regular walk for at least 30 minutes. This is one of the
pre conditions that must be met to determine the reduction in the walk being done. With
the regular walk, you can reduce your weight to as much as 30 pounds per month.
However, rigorous walk is necessary for these activities (Jiang et al., 2018).
 Stress related factors should be avoided at all time and therefore decision would be made
according to the number of these factors that must be considered. These factors that are
ever present in the external environment is related to the key personnel and their
attributes and how they have been able to restore the current conditions (Naylor &
Coleman 2018).
 Stress is usually linked with the future events that can lead to the cause of the stress that
might be relevant. However, there would be essential requirements for these individuals
that are related to the key aspects of these people. Stress is usually linked to certain
criteria and therefore to be treated or avoided and thus cause great trouble. Assumptions
that are realistic must be proven to the ground reality. These stress related activity to be
observed and thus related outcome will be measured (Cano et al., 2018).
 Stress factors must be eliminated and would therefore be avoided at all cost due to the
excessive pressure due the stress on the human body. It is therefore, extremely essential
that stress can be really difficult to meet those goals in life. There are stress factors that
need to be avoided to reduce the level of the stress in the human body (Cano et al., 2018).
 Stress related conditions must be alleviated and thus effective policies and their
governance will be followed. However, several other factors are also linked to the whole
process. This is one of the preconditions that must be met according to the requirement
for these firms (Jang et al., 2018).
 People with constant stress can develop multiple disease which are really harmful for the
health and thus their prevention is inevitable. Some of the conditions that are necessary
are also relevant due to the nature of these transactions that would have been impacted
(Jang et al., 2018).
 Stress could be caused by the long term unemployment and therefore their eradication
become necessary for such individuals. With stress there will be ever present conditions
that need to be met according to the requirement for the mental patients. They will have
to develop those conditions that are necessary and thus determine the right amount of the
resources being committed (Li et al., 2018).

Procedure of stress
Stress is one of the leading cause of death worldwide, people commit suicide and there
are also other conditions that must be met and therefore these conditions that need to be
met during the time that will be necessary. Stress procedures are that they can bring stress
under control and thus remedial actions that need to be taken. Several other key factors
are also considered in the reduction of the stress chemicals that must be borne. Again
stress is the leading cause of the death worldwide and therefore there has been serious
repercussion for them to be implemented (Jang et al., 2018).
Conclusion
Stress must be considered as the unusual disease that is serious and alarming for the
health from its inception. However, essential requirements that must be met according to
the number of the critical issues that must be considered.
