ADMISSION TO BALVATIKA-III( 2023-24)
The selection is only provisional and it is subject to verification of documents for any claim at
any level.

Parents must bring the copy of the online registration form of their child in the KVS Online
portal for KV HVF AVADI.

Original certificates and s e l f - attested copies of the following are to be produced at the time of
admission. (Original certificates will be returned after verification)

1.Copy of Birth certificate of the child issued by the competent authority(Original will be returned after
verification)

2.Copy of Proof of residence for the address provided during registration.

3.Copy of SC/ST/OBC (NCL) certificate in the name of the child

4 Service certificate of parents working in Central/ State government/PSU of central/ state govt department
duly signed by the head of office.(Original which will not be returned) in the proforma attached herewith

5.Certificate showing details of transfer of the parent duly endorsed by the competent authority(Original which
will not be returned) in the proforma attached herewith

6.Copy of department ID card for government employees

7.Copy of discharge Certificate for Ex-serviceman.

8.Copy of Aadhar card of the child

9.,One colour passport size photo of the child

10. Self declaration for distance of residence from the school signed by the parent(Original) in the proforma
attached herewith

Any one parent must be present at the time of admission only at the specified time along with the
child(Compulsory)

FEE FOR CATEGORY-I PARENTS AND THOSE WORKING IN DEPARTMENTS WHERE GET
REIMBURSEMENT OF CHILDREN EDUCATION ALLOWANCE:-

Admission fees Rs.25.00

VVN Rs.1500.00
Total Rs.1525.00

For others :- No fees.

Note: Admission will be cancelled automatically at any stage if the documents submitted during the
verification are found to be false/incorrect etc., and the vacancies thereof will be offered to the
waitlisted candidates as per KVS Admission Guidelines.

Failure to report at the stipulated date and time will result in forfeiture of the selection.
