SERVICE REPORT

DATE CONDUCTED : JULY 9, 2023


CLIENT : DNATA CALL CENTER

SCOPE OF WORKS DONE:

1. AC Check up for LG – 1 to 26
2. Cleaned filters
3. Conducted insulation test.
4. Check outdoor unit parts and accessories
5. Start-up Aircon after checking

RESULTS:

Comments / Recommendations:
1. FCU 2 shuts down after several minutes. Recommend to monitor if error still occurs and list error
using the code on the controls
2. FCU 4 wiring for Line to Neutral Side has low Insulation Test Result. Only 70.1 Megaohms
compared to Line to Signal and Signal to Line. Recommend to replace all wiring for the controls
since this is essential to the operations.
3. It is also noted the absence of GROUNDING between Indoor unit and Outdoor Unit because
instead of using 4 core royal cord, 3 core was used only.
4. FCU 16 for compressor replacement. Waiting for parts.
5. LG 1 was only checked using clamp meter with meter reading of 29A since we cannot access the
location of the unit.
6. It is recommended especially for common areas of the 1 st and 2nd floor to standardize the mode
for AC in order to prevent the compressor to overwork if other units are closed during
weekends. Instead of setting the aircon into 18 degrees and turning of the other units, operation
can be 24 degrees for all turned on.
7. It is also recommended to upgrade the main line of the AC drain to 2” instead of the existing
since the facility only has 1 riser.
