have received from the buyer, SHAMER ASJARI PATARASA, of legal age, Filipino, and a
resident of Zamboanga City by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER
AND CONVEY FOREVER, unto said, his heirs, successors and assigns the above-described
motor vehicle.

That I further declare that the above-described motor vehicle is free from liens and/or
encumbrances and shall defend its ownership from any/all claim/s whatsoever.
