Natural body booster for alcohol-free beers

Döhler MultiSense® Mouthfeel Malt Extract is an
innovative clean label ingredient to improve the
body and mouthfeel of alcohol-free beers –
without adding sweetness.
Low and non-alcoholic beers are on the rise. However,
the products available on the market often lack body
and mouthfeel. In order to tackle this issue, Döhler
has developed a unique natural solution based on
100% barley malt: MultiSense® Mouthfeel Malt Extract.
It is characterised by a specially adjusted sugar
profile to boost body and mouthfeel without adding
sweetness. MultiSense® Mouthfeel Malt Extract is
simply added to the alcohol-free beer before filtration
and results in a full, well-balanced body.
Due to the naturalness of MultiSense® Mouthfeel Malt
Extract, ingredient labelling on the low- or no-alcohol
beer is simply ‘BARLEY malt extract’. Alternatively, its
ingredients can also be included in the ingredient list
of the final product (for example water, BARLEY malt,
hops) – thus, no additional labelling is required!
