Functionality: 

 
 
ETA feature in ‘Dispatch’ will allow users to keep a track of the estimated time for the Trucks
travelling from Point A to Point B location. It is also been introduced to update the travel time by
replacing the existing ‘Travel Mins’. 
 
When user want to change the Destination from the ‘TrackIt’ screen, then they can simply drag the
‘Point B’ marker to desired location or they can also type the new Destination location under
‘Destination’ tab to update the ‘Point B’ marker. These will change the ETA time and at the same
time Travel minutes will get update in New Ready Mix order screen as well as ‘Order Tracking’
window.  
 
‘Travel ETA’ will also get update once user select ‘Point A’ to ‘Point B’ location in ‘MapIt’ screen.
Clicking on ‘Travel ETA Min:’ icon will display the estimated time in minutes which is calculated
based on ‘TrackIt’ for any truck to reach from ‘Point A’ to ‘Point B’ location.  
 
 
1. Complete Functionality Flow: 
 
1. Open ‘Dispatch’ from Integra app. 
2. Click on ‘New RM Order’. 
3. Enter required details until ‘Map Page’. 
4. Press ‘Ctrl+I’ on keyboard to launch ‘TrackIt’ on screen. 
(As Displayed in Image below, the Window will open with Travelling from ‘Point A’ to
destination ‘Point B’ location.)  
 
 
5. On TrackIt screen go to ‘Directions’ tab and observe the ETA. (50mins as
shown in Image above) 
6. Click on ‘Ok’ to return to Order screen. 

7. Click on ‘Travel ETA’   icon to update the ETA minutes from ‘TrackIt’.  
 

 
 
8. Once Travel Mins are updated, ‘Save & Close’ the Order. 
9. Select a Truck and cut a ticket to created Order. (Select those truck with
updated ‘Latitude’ & ’Longitude’ coordinates from Database, added more
information in ‘Notes’ section below). 
10. Drag and drop the Truck from ‘Ticketed’ status to ‘To Job’ and observe the ETA

as shown in image below. 


 
 
11. Drag the Truck from ‘To Job’ status to ‘Returning’ and observe the ETA as

shown in image below.
