There are 8 long-term care facilities (LTC) actively experiencing outbreaks of COVID-19, based on the CDC
definition of an outbreak (>2 lab-confirmed cases). The following facilities have been affected:

4. Autumn Care of Cornelius
5. The Social at Cotswold
6. Carrington Place Rehab & Living Center
7. The Laurels
8. Charlotte Square
