This has reference to RO,NHAI, Hyderabad letter no.239 vide reference 1*cited, wherein RO,NHAI, Hyderabad directed this office to discuss with the Concessionaire M/s. KNR Shankarampet Projects Private Limited and finalize the continuous stretch of the Median and Avenue plantations chainage wise starting at one end and further directed to prepare the RFP document for the balance of plants proposed in the stretches, as per the design approved in the scheme. 2. Further, it is to inform that, this office conducted a meeting on dated:01.05.2021 with Package-II Concessionaire M/s KNR Shankarampet projects pvt. Ltd., and Independent Engineer M/s, CEMOSA and communicated the Minutes. 3. Further, vide reference 4" cited, the Independent Engineer it is to inform that, total plantable length available for Avenue is 42.571 Km and Median is 45.81 Now the Concessionaire has proposed to start at one end i.e., as detailed below wage ‘areas ara aS Wa 6, Bet 10, ara, aE ROA 110 075.
