This letter is to seek your permission to conduct our research in your respected school. We are
learners from Grade 12 of section Accountant of the Accountancy, Business and Management
(ABM),and in partial fulfillment of the requirements in Inquiries, Investigation and Immersion, we are
conducting our Quantitative Descriptive Research study entitled “Arising Misconception: Career
Guidance Orientation and Its Influence on the Track Preference of Incoming Senior High School
Students”. This study aims determine the influence of Career Guidance Program to the track
preference of the incoming Senior High School (SHS) students S.Y.2022-2023. It will also clear out the
different misconceptions on the different strands.

With your permission, we would like to send our questionnaires and gather data through Google
Forms that is intended for Grade 10 students. This process should take only about 10-15 minutes and
would be arrange at a time convenient to the student’s schedule. Participation in the survey is entirely
voluntary. All informations provided will be kept in utmost confidentiality and would only be used for
academic purpose.
