Notes for Shortlisted Candidates:

1. The candidature is PROVISIONAL. If at any stage it is found that any applicant does not fulfill any of the
conditions of eligibility, his / her candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will
be entertained. The fact that he / she has been called for the test does not confer any right on him / her to be
treated as eligible in all aspects for appointment or to be considered for the test. No TA / DA for attending
the test will be provided.
2. Candidates are required to report at the Examination Center, one hour prior to the scheduled time of the
Examination.
3. The candidates can download the e-Admit cards for appearing in the Stage-2 Examination from March 13,
2023. The eligible candidates are advised to download the e-Admit Cards as per the following procedure:
i. Visit the link https://svnitntrecruitment.mastersofterp.in/
ii. Login using same USERNAME that was generated at the time of submission of application form online.
iii. After Login with Password, click on the tab e-Admit Card to generate the e-Admit Card.
iv. In case the e-ADMIT Card does not get displayed, the candidate shall allow the pop-up in the browser
and generate the e-Admit Card again.
v. Take the print out of the e-ADMIT Card, preferably on Color Printer (Two Copies).
vi. In case of any queries / difficulties in downloading the Admit Card, the candidates are advised to contact
us on svnit.recruitmentlia@svnit.ac.in with a copy to svnit.recruitmentklp@svnit.ac.in
4. No candidates shall be allowed to enter the institute without Hard copy of e-Admit Card supported by valid
ID Proof.
5. The instructions regarding the conduct of tests are given on the e-ADMIT card. The candidates in their own
interest are advised to go through those instructions required for appearing in the Recruitment Written Tests.
6. It is to be noted that Mobile Phones, Smart Watch or any electronic gadgets will not be allowed inside the
exam hall. The institute will not be responsible for keeping any mobile or any electronic gadgets or any
associated loss of mobile / electronic gadgets. Mobile scanner will be used and if any applicant is found to
have mobile / electronic gadgets inside examination hall, his/her test will be cancelled.
7. All candidates appearing in the said tests are advised to follow COVID appropriate behaviors and any other
instruction issued by UT Govt. / Government of India. Candidates who are not observing the COVID
appropriate behaviors shall not be allowed to appear in the Recruitment Written tests.
8. DOCUMENT VERIFICATION OF THE CANDIDATES IS MUST. Any candidate abstaining for
document verification will be disqualified and loose his/her candidature for the post. Further, all the
Shortlisted candidates have to produce following documents:
 The person working in a Government, Semi Government, Autonomous organization including
Public Sector Undertakings etc. and whose application has not been forwarded through proper
channel by the employer will be required to bring a ‘No Objection Certificate’ along with
‘Vigilance Clearance Certificate’ from the present employer. In the absence of No Objection
Certificate and other certificate their candidature will not be considered.
  The original certificates for their educational qualification, Caste Certificate, relevant
experience Certificate, Proof of Date of Birth, mentioned in their application form.
 Proof of Identity issued by the Govt. (in Original) such Aadhar Card / Passport / Driving
License / PAN Card / Voter Card.
 Candidates are required to bring one set of self-attested photocopy of all above documents.

9. The Number of posts shown in Advt. may change and may vary at any time during the recruitment process.
The Institute reserves the right not to fill any/ all posts advertised and to reject any/all application without
assigning any reason.
10. Mere appearance in the Stage-2 Examination doesn’t entitle a candidate to be considered for selection
unless candidates fulfills the eligibility conditions and produce all the required documents at the time of
document verification. THE CANDIDATES MUST FULLY SATISFY ABOUT THEIR
CANDIDATURE FOR FULFILING THE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AS PER ADVERTISEMENT.
The Institute reserve the right to disqualify the candidate who is not fulfilling the eligibility criteria as per
advertisement. At a later date, if a candidate is inadvertently allowed to appear at the examination without
fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria, the candidate can’t use that as a right to claim his/her candidature
for the recruitment.
