Hello, I’m Cinderella, I’m 19, and I'm a maid, or rather I’m a slave. I do not live with
my family because my mum died when I was young, so my father remarried with
my stepmother. She is so moody, like my stepsisters, Anastasia and Genoveffa, they
are also rude.
Every day I must do a lot of chores: I do the laundry twice a day, I clean the floor
once a day, I also have to clean the window, I abhor cleaning it. I hardly ever can
have a rest, because my stepmother always gives me a lot of chores. I like getting
up early so I have time for myself. I brush my teeth, comb my hair and I get dressed.
At 8o’clock I wake my sisters, and I bring them breakfast.
In the morning I can choose between washing the dishes or the floor, but on Sunday
morning I must do the laundry, because they need clean clothes;I never have a day
off!
When I do the chores I love singing, I love speaking to the animals, because they
listen to me, I enjoy dancing too. Sometimes, when I work, my stepsisters come and
talk to me, I can’t stand their voices, and when they sing with their mum, I have to
run because they are really out of tune. Another thing I can’t stand is washing the
cat. It is really dull and rude, isn’t it?
