Effect of texting

There is no doubting the importance of instant messaging in our lives. Most of us find it difficult to even
contemplate a world without texting. This is the quickest and simplest form of communication, and young
people like it. Although they really aid us, text messages also seem to hinder our ability to conduct private
interviews, in my opinion. Short messages are sometimes used to end a relationship or even fire someone
from a job. In addition to affecting how important grammar and spelling are, texting also makes us easily
and quickly distracted. People who send and receive texts frequently are more likely to stop having
private conversations. Our ability to understand what someone is saying and the emotion behind their
words is limited when we communicate with them through text messages. For instance, a teenage girl
might be thrilled to receive a text message from her boyfriend that says things like, "I love you, I missed
you," etc., but she won't know for sure if that is true. However, if they are talked face-to-face, they will be
able to read their body language and determine if they are speaking with good or bad purpose. Because
most people do not know how to write correctly and properly, texting also has detrimental effects on
grammar and spelling. The younger generation prefers texting more than other communication methods
since grammar, spelling, syntax, and abbreviations are no longer important. For instance, an adolescent
who writes casually is more likely to receive a failing score on a formal writing exam. When a word from
a text message is used in an inappropriate context, like a business email, it could come out as impolite or
perhaps just dumb. The fact that texting may easily distract us is the main factor in how I think it affects
our life. When you are always attempting to hold two positions simultaneously, you are actually in
neither. As an illustration, let's say someone's phone rings while we are in class and the teacher is
speaking. The individual tries all within his or her power to mute the phone while everyone stares around
wildly. Some people might wonder how a student could send texts while in class, but it was probably just
another student texting them. While attempting to pay attention in class, that student also sought to text
someone else. He has so failed to learn anything and diverted other students' attention. Texting seems to
be not harmful at first glance. However, after careful consideration of the topic is worth considering
frequent use of texting. Subconsciously may be the cause of many unwanted and unnecessary problems.
The cause of gaining weight
A person's weight and health are intertwined. Obesity appears to be a major worry in certain countries
these days, and as a result, individuals are becoming more ill than before. The issues connected to obesity
and how to address them will be examined in this essay. There appear to be numerous reasons why people
become obese. To begin with, the ubiquity of public and private vehicles has discouraged people from
walking to work, shopping, and other destinations. Second, few people engage in some type of exercise
on a regular basis to burn calories. Furthermore, the increasing tendency of intake of junk meals such
noodles, chips and cafeteria products like burgers, pizzas etc. have considerably contributed to dumping
calories in people. For example, a man in my neighborhood does not go to the gym and consumes a lot of
high-calorie fast food. As a result, he weighs 74 kg despite being only 20 years old. Sedentary lifestyle
changes and adequate food could undoubtedly help to alleviate the condition to a considerable extent. To
be more particular, calorie consumption should be done in accordance with the body's needs, as
determined by the age, height-weight ratio. Diet should be balanced, with enough amounts of fats,
carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals, rather than only oily and spicy. Exercise is also an essential
component of a healthy body and should be promoted to people of all ages. One should be encouraged to
abandon sedentary behaviors and lead a more active lifestyle by walking, running, jogging, going to the
gym, and so on. As a result, I'd like to argue that poor eating habits and sedentary lives are major factors
to gaining weight, which can only be addressed by proper meal planning and calorie-burning exercises.
