Instructions for Literature Project Presentation

Presentation and Order:

The project is to be organised in the following order:

 Cover page- Write SCHOOL’S NAME and ISC ENGLISH LITERATURE PROJECT(2022-23) clearly on
it. Your FULL NAME, CLASS and SECTION must be written clearly on the bottom right corner of
the cover page. (You can make the page creative byinserting pictures/making drawing relevant
to your topic)
 Certificate Page
 Table of Contents
 Acknowledgements
 Title Page: Title in the form of a Question
 Introduction (1 Page)
 Main Body with clear sub-headings (4-5 pages)
 Conclusion (1 Page)
 A bibliography at the end of the assignment is mandatory.

Important Note:
 The project must compulsorily be handwritten. The writing should be neat and legible.
 School-sheets to be used for making the project: Left side blank and right side ruled.
 Use of Red or green ink is forbidden.
 The entire project must not exceed 15 Pages.
 Spiral bound project will only be accepted.
 How to write the Bibliography: [Following are only examples, not recommended sources]

In case of a book - Surname of author, name of author; book; publisher; year.

E.g.: Brown John; Simplistic Women; McMillan Publications; 2018

In case of a periodical- Article; periodical; date

E.g.: ‘Romance in the Victorian Era’, London Times; 13 May, 2018; Page No.

In case of an internet resource- Title; website; date viewed

E.g.: ‘Literary Society of Poets’; Poetry foundation.com; 13 May, 2018
