In preparation for the said event, pre-palaro training period of Aklanon athletes is from June 24 to July 24, 2023. Participants to this activity are the athletes, coaches, trainers and delegation officials. These delegation officials are also serving as focal persons of the different sports events and they are tasked to monitor the training of athletes. Attached are the following enclosures: Enclosure No. 1 - List of Executive Committee, Administrative Staff/Technical Working Group, Official List of Coaches and Trainers Enclosure No. 2- Official List of Athletes Enclosure No. 3 ~ Training Venue Furthermore, teaching personnel shall be entitled to service credits in accordance with DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 entitled: “Updated Guidelines on the Grant of Vacation Service Credits to Teachers”. However, non-teaching personnel including the management team shall be provided with Compensatory Time Off (CTO) for their services during weekends and holidays ‘as per Civil Service Commission (CSC) and Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004 or Non-Monetary Renumeration for Overtime Setvice Rendered, specified attention on Section 5.
