T: Hello Doctor, I'm here with the patient Rodrifuez.

T.- Buen día Doctor, estoy aquí con el paciente Rodriguez.
L.- Buen día enfermera Torres, ok dígame. ¿Qué pasó con el paciente
Rodriguez?
T.- Bueno, su nariz está sangrando aun y le dije que está bien. Pero le
retiré las vendas y la sangre no ha parado aún. El paciente se
encuentra aquí esperándolo en el consultorio.
L.- Ok, ¿puedes decir que me llame a mi telefono el paciente? ¿Puede
hablar?
T.- Sí, si puede hablar.
R.- Buen día doctor Lazo, que gusto saludarlo
L.- Buen día paciente Rodriguez, dime ¿cómo se siente?
R.- Me siento débil doctor. Actualmente tengo un dolor de cabeza que
no me deja estar tranquilo.
L.- lo siento, le voy a decir a la enfermera Torres que le ponga un
analgésico. La enfermera me dijo que usted estaba sangrando,
dígame ¿Cuándo empezó a sangrar?
R.- Esta mañana, doctor, me desperté y la sangre comenzó a notarse
en los vendajes.
L.- esta bien, ahora mismo voy al hospital y vamos a observarlo
cuidadosamente. Pero, ¿no hiciste algún esfuerzo? ¿cumpliste con
todas las indicaciones que te dimos?
R.- Mas o menos, ayer me sentí un poco mejor, pero anoche ayudé a
mi mamá a cocinar y estuve sentado toda la mañana.
L.- Si tal vez esa es la razón por la que estás sangrando. Necesito que
no hagas nada. Necesito que descanses hasta que yo llegue.

T.- doctor, estoy aquí, el paciente Rodriguez me dio su orden y lo
atenderé.
L.- Por favor ponga en la solución un analgésico para el paciente.
También limpia las saturaciones porque ya estoy llegando
T.- ¡Está bien doctor, lo esperamos!
