Be sure to read everything carefully and modify with your own information and links.
I have marked that information in red, but it is vital that you read every line to be sure
it aligns with your business info and policies.
Please keep in mind that you absolutely do not need to create canned emails in
Dubsado in order to use these emails - many people skip the canned emails and insert
the emails directly into the workflow steps. My Dubsado For Dummies course is
available for purchase if you are unsure on how to best approach workflows.
When creating these template emails in your CRM, be sure to name them in easy to
reference ways. Many people find numbering helpful, or labeling them by section, ie
Pre-Session - Contract, Pre-Session - Welcome, etc
Each email has additional information at the top of the page to explain what else is
happening when that email is sent.
Action: what is being done or sent (remember that in Dubsado, if you are sending a
form, you need to send a form as the action step, then attach the email within the
action)
When: this is when this step will occur (ie 2 days before the session)
Form to send: If you are sending a form, choose that here
Email to send: The canned (template) email that will be sent through this workflow
step. These are the emails listed here
Subject: the subject line of the email that is sent
The Pricing Workflow Emails are listed in order that they are used in the workflow:
