Other Terms & Condition: -
• Cheques/PDCS are in favour of “SYAMANTAKA DEVELOPERS.”
• GST is applicable as per Government Norms & GST to be paid along with every instalment.
• Stamp Duty to be paid as per Government norms. Stamp Duty would be paid 7 days before the registration.
• Customer should pay the amount as per Construction Progress indicated above, either through Bank loan or
if any agreements by themselves. Delay in making payment will attract interest charges.
