Duty of Confidentiality & Loyalty All personnel are reminded that they owe a continuing duty of loyalty to CSM. Further all personnel are reminded that they are obliged to keep strictly confidential all information and documents relating to CSM which they may acquire during the course of their employment. That means, among other things, that the contents of Columbia's Q.A. manuals and all associated documents and all information as to Columbia's operational practices are confidential and are not to be disclosed, or commented upon, to third parties. The documents and information referred to remain confidential at all times, even after an individual has ceased to be employed by CSM. Employees and former employees of Columbia, therefore, are unable to accept, or to perform, any appointment as a consultant or expert witness, if such appointment entails the disclosure to any third party of any aspect of Columbia's Q.A. manuals or any associated documents or any information as to Columbia's operational practices aboard CSM vessels. Further, all CSM manuals are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced by any party except with express prior authorisation. | Lamrang, Saparuddin confirm receipt and understanding. 21/06/2023 Date
