A. Manpower allocation

Rigorous project management and monitoring are essential for this project to achieve its
desired goals. Therefore, the full commitment and cooperation of both parties are urgently
needed in the process of project construction. Therefore, the division of responsibilities and
the interaction of work are of fundamental importance. Therefore, in order to solve the
problems of this project, we will form a project working group from time to time. Libraries,
by contrast, should also form support groups to discuss, categorize and evaluate the overall
work. 

B. Responsibilities of each member of our team

a. Project Manager
Software project managers can organize software projects and assign tasks to
software development teams according to task specifications. Software project
managers use their leadership skills, technical knowledge, and experience to guide
teams to ensure the software meets customer requirements, Project Manager
duties and responsibilities:
 Assist company project leaders and project managers in project completion.
 Responsible for library participation and completion of project work as
agreed between the parties.
 Our project staff will provide tools or software to process data collection on
the library's computer systems, including user IDs and required operating
environment.
 Oversee and fulfill the library's responsibilities in this project.
 Consideration of Modifications to Project Work Proposals. F. Security
monitoring of information systems during project implementation. 
b. System Analyst / Designer
Systems analysis and design is concerned with planning the development of
information systems by understanding and specifying in detail the purpose of the
system and how its components are implemented and work together. System
Analyst / Designer duties and responsibilities:

 Conduct a needs analysis of the project with representatives of the library

users and submit a needs specification acknowledgment in accordance with
the contract and project work plan.
 Create a system test plan with the user representatives of the customer's
library according to the requirements confirmation document agreed by
both parties, and assist the project manager in executing the tests
according to the test plan.
 Formulate system design specifications based on the required specification
confirmation document, and work with project developers to design
prototypes and systems.
 Build the system functionality for this project according to the requirements
specification and system design specification approval letter.
 Provide user training and education. 

c. Researcher
Research software engineers work with researchers to understand the problems
they face and develop, maintain, and enhance software that provides the
answers. Researcher duties and responsibilities:

 Coordination with company management to determine research goals

 Work on a project overview and provide regular project updates
 Develop and direct a given research question
 Create an action plan, set project goals, and manage to completion
 Conduct in-depth research on intended topics according to business needs
 Develop an effective and efficient research process 
 d. Database Design
Database Design work in an organization's IT department and focus primarily on
the programming aspects of database design, analyzing data query needs, ensuring
information security, and organizing layouts to best display the required
information. . These experts work closely with other members of the IT team, such
as system administrators and database administrators. Database design duties and
responsibilities:

 Determine the purpose of the database.

 Collect information recorded in the database.
 Break down information into tables.
 Convert information into columns.
 Specify a primary key.
 Set table relationships.
 Refine and improve the design.
 Apply normalization rules to ensure the table is structured correctly.
 Developing various system, application and database structural designs for
custom database-driven websites.
 Assist employees with internal systems, applications and databases,
including the development of procedures, forms and other organizational
tools.
