DESCRIPTION
PROTON PHM 050 is a 0.50mm thick Heat Sink Mounting Tape. It is electrically insulator in nature. The
product is white in colour.

APPLICATIONS
-Mounting heat sink for LCD and PDP
-Bonding IC package and heat sink.
-Mounting heat sink for CPU, GPU, LED, Power transistors.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Surfaces must be clean, dry, free from grease and dirt. Ideal bonding substrates are those which are clean, dry, flat, smooth, dust free and non-
porous. Shelf life of 1 year. Life expectancy will vary with temperature and humidity of storage. Ideal storage conditions are 21 °C and 50%
relative humidity, away from direct sunlight. Customers are recommended to make their own assessment of our products under their own
