Email Engineer (Industrial Intern)
• Worked closely with Messaging and Knowledge Management (MKM) in managing Exchange, Outlook and SharePoint
using agile approaches.
• Executed PowerShell scripting to automate some of maintenance and operations activities.
• Assisted Exchange engineers in the deployment of Group Policy Object (GPO) for Exchange and Outlook migration.
• Designed and built MKM onboarding journey SharePoint site using HTML, CSS, JavaScript for new hires to learn about the
team.
• Participated in project planning activities including requirements gathering, requirement analysis, resource planning, and
infrastructure planning.

Delivered Internship Project:

Exchange Server Health Dashboard (ESH)
• Provided a dashboard for local operation support in Iraq for Exchange server health monitoring with a very simple interface
and less effort by clicking on the button of the critical components to view the data to identify any issues happened to the
server.
• Identified and learned about seven critical components to manage server health: CPU and memory, disk report, certificate
validation, Internet Protocol (IP) validation, server service and Database Availability Group (DAG) validation.
RESEARCH PROJECTS
PITEH: Providing Financial Identities to Those Without Credit Scores (2020)
A final year project to develop mobile lending application called PITEH designed for people having little to no credit history or
savings to get access to microfinance anywhere in Malaysia by building trust using their mobile activities and data, without
the hassle of judgement of traditional institutions. Published in IEEE International Conference on Computational Intelligence.

Project Manager for Software Testing and Quality Assurance Project (2020)
A group project to perform effective method and process in developing software test design according to the System
Requirement Specification of Elevator Control System.

Project Manager for Software Design and Architecture Project (2020)

A group project to prepare a Software Requirement Specification (SRS) and Software Design Specification (SDS) for
Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) system.

Project Manager for Artificial Intelligence Project (2019)

A machine learning project to model the strength of concrete by developing a neural network model and visualizing the
outputs using Shiny, a web application framework for R.

With over 60 countries competing, the competition gave students the chance to tackle a real business case and innovate new

Korea's biggest international contest for sharing business start-up items held by Korea Economic Daily and sponsored by
Korea Tobacco & Ginseng Corporation (KT&G).

Champion for Global Ideahack: Global Consumer Intelligence Challenge (2020)

An innovative competition held by Dattel participated with 60 groups of inter-disciplinary talents across the globe to find
new perspectives, ideas and innovative technology-based solutions that will allow us to understand consumers better.
