3.Yi peng festival is an annual festival held on full moon in the second month of the Lanna
lunar calendar and usually in the month of November (PPT 3). (PPT 3)
5.it starts at dusk, when the sun sets on the horizon and night falls over the city.(PPT3)
This event attracts thousands of people from all over the world, making it a massive festival
with an attendance of 5000 thousand people from other countries (PPT 4).
