BUDGETING:
Here's a comprehensive budget breakdown for each of the activities or projects outlined
in my platform as Sangguniang Kabataan Chairman for Barangay Cabatoan. Please
note that the figures provided are just estimates and can be adjusted based on the
actual needs and priorities of the community:

1. Education Scholarship Program:

- Number of Scholars: 10
- Scholarship Amount per Scholar: 8,000 pesos per year (covers tuition fees and school
supplies)

Budget:
- Scholarship Amount per Scholar x Number of Scholars: 8,000 pesos x 10 = 80,000
pesos

2. Skills Development and Training Workshops:

- Number of Workshops/Seminars: 5 per year
- Cost per Workshop/Seminar (venue, materials, speakers, etc.): 5,000 pesos

Budget:
- Cost per Workshop/Seminar x Number of Workshops/Seminars: 5,000 pesos x 5 =
25,000 pesos

3. Sports Development Program:

- Sports Equipment and Facilities: 30,000 pesos
- Sports Tournaments and Events (prizes, logistics, etc.): 20,000 pesos

Budget:
- Sports Equipment and Facilities + Sports Tournaments and Events: 30,000 pesos +
20,000 pesos = 50,000 pesos

4. Youth Health and Wellness Initiatives:

- Health and Wellness Seminars (venue, speakers, materials, etc.): 8,000 pesos
- Fitness and Wellness Programs (equipment, instructors, etc.): 12,000 pesos

Budget:
- Health and Wellness Seminars + Fitness and Wellness Programs: 8,000 pesos +
12,000 pesos = 20,000 pesos
5. Cultural and Arts Appreciation Program:
- Cultural Events and Talent Showcases (venue, performers, etc.): 15,000 pesos
- Grants for Youth-led Cultural and Artistic Projects: 25,000 pesos

Budget:
- Cultural Events and Talent Showcases + Grants for Projects: 15,000 pesos + 25,000
pesos = 40,000 pesos

6. Outreach Program for Out-of-School Youth:

- Alternative Education Programs (materials, instructors, etc.): 30,000 pesos
- Vocational Training and Livelihood Support: 25,000 pesos

Budget:
- Alternative Education Programs + Vocational Training and Livelihood Support: 30,000
pesos + 25,000 pesos = 55,000 pesos

7. Environmental Awareness and Community Service:

- Community Clean-up Drives and Tree Planting Activities: 10,000 pesos
- Environmental Awareness Campaigns (materials, events, etc.): 15,000 pesos

Budget:
- Community Clean-up Drives and Tree Planting Activities + Environmental Awareness
Campaigns: 10,000 pesos + 15,000 pesos = 25,000 pesos

Total Annual Budget for all Projects:

80,000 pesos (Education Scholarship Program) +
25,000 pesos (Skills Development and Training Workshops) +
50,000 pesos (Sports Development Program) +
20,000 pesos (Youth Health and Wellness Initiatives) +
40,000 pesos (Cultural and Arts Appreciation Program) +
55,000 pesos (Outreach Program for Out-of-School Youth) +
25,000 pesos (Environmental Awareness and Community Service) = 295,000 pesos

The estimated total annual budget required to implement these projects is 295,000
pesos. With the annual budget of SK Barangay Cabatoan being 203,000 pesos, I might
need to explore additional funding sources, seek sponsorships, or prioritize certain
projects based on the needs and preferences of the youth and the community. Flexibility
and adaptability will be key in managing the budget effectively and ensuring the success
of my initiatives.
