Duties & Responsibilities of Each Member

 Group members must share their knowledge and experience to carry out the team's
work.
 Each members must consider the team's work a priority, not an intrusion.
 Effective Group members must Contribute fully to the project, share knowledge and
expertise and participate in meetings and discussions.
 Assist the Group Leader with managing meetings and with documentation, discussions,
etc.

Terms & Conditions

• The member SHOULD notify the other members right away if they are having trouble
completing the work. By doing this, the source of future submission delays, misunderstandings,
and issues will be avoided.
• Listen to others stay open to their ideas. The success of a team often depends on how
well members reach a common understanding of the issues.
