PROCEDURE FOR POWER UP/DOWN OF MARKVIE PANEL POWER DOWN 1) Take Cold work permit to power down Markvie panel with LOTO permit 2) En ure with panel operator and SIC that all drives are off condition in MCC related to Gas turbine . 3) Before power off Take Status bar details from Toolbox as shown below image and also take status of all card and signal. Figure 1 4) First switch off all 110VDC field supply MCB in CASE 3 left side. 5 nos card with having 8 MCB in each card. 5) After that switch off R/S/T controller power switch with sequences of T->S->R, All three switch located in CASE 2 Right side bottom. Near DACA Block6) Inform to Electrical to switch off Both power supply from UPS POWER UP 2) First of all Ensure all Hot work completed in Field with Panel operator and SIC and No Drives in AUTO mode from MCC. 2) Close LOTO permit. inform to Electrical for Power on MarkVie supply 3) Coordinate with Electrical and Power on Incomer 1. Measure AC voltage in Mark vie incomer 1 (TBis located near DACA block right side in CASE 2. 4 no’s RED-YELLOW cable is terminated.) After measure AC voltage (reading must be in range of 108-110 VAC). 4) For Incomer 2 same follow procedure as mention above.
