Team, Here is the district level 4x4 brand basket performance as of August 5th. The market is flat to declining.

As you can see the brands are not growing at incredible pace. Two products that have the highest accelerated decline in the market. The environment is begging for the switch, steal and borrow sales close. A service sales call will only erode the current situation. It requires an aggressive offensive efficacy sales call with an action close. Sell efficacy and secondary benefit, meets the T2D challenges, patient support program manage care access: BCBS, AARP, Wellcare, Medicaid. Aetna blunt part D. Tricare drive advantage. Use Byetta EODs to increase message noise level Ask for the business, If we dont; someone else will! We are all working hard, now we have to work smart. Target the volume and manage care opportunity. Lets maintain an active resource execution engagement to sustain active message noise level. Remember that only 10 more TRXs of Byetta per territory to exceed national average and we are on our way to accelerate IC payout.

The chart below reflects we are holding our business above the market erosion. Red is total basket performance for June and July. Blue is the

The power point presentation covers in detail all the information we discussed to include manage care performance per territory.
