 Terms and Conditions
· As per UAE Ministry guidelines, if the driver at the time of the accident is below 25 years of age, an additional 10% of
the amount of the admissible claim shall be paid by the driver or the insured over and above the excess stated on the
policy schedule.
· All other terms & conditions will be as per the standard policy and endorsement wordings.
· For policies with Hire Car Benefits, standard market practices would apply, whereby the hire car company would block a
certain amount off the Insured’s credit card as security deposit for 30 days, or as per the T&Cs of the respective Hire Car
Company. For this reason, a valid credit card bearing the Insured’s name will be required to use this benefit.

Driving License Category based on loading capacity:

1. For Body type pickups & trucks empty weight upto 3 ton the driving License must be Category 3 or 4 i.e., Light Vehicle or
Heavy vehicle respectively.
2. For empty weight more than 3 ton the License must be Category 4 i.e., Heavy Vehicle
The above is as per UAE law as prescribed by RTA

NON DISCLOSURE OR MISREPRESENTATION - You must inform us immediately if any of the information stated in your
quotation is incorrect. Failure to do so may invalidate this quote and any subsequent policy issued. Because no list of
questions can be exhaustive, please consider carefully whether there is any other material information known to you which
could influence your insurer’s acceptance and assessment of the risk. Material information would include any special feature
of the car, use, driver’s history, etc.
ADEQUACY OF VALUE OR THE VEHICLE - Please check whether the value indicated represents the correct market value of your
vehicle. Proof may be requested.

Vehicle Registration
·It is a requisite that all issued motor insurance certificates have to be uploaded online with the respective traffic authority of
each emirate to proceed with vehicle registration. As these only stay online for a limited period of time, please ensure that the
vehicle registration is completed immediately following the issue of an insurance certificate.

· Trade License copy (Company Vehicles)
· Vehicle registration card copy (Clear copy-both sides) Or Vehicle Invoice Copy for new vehicles
