=his best known concept is the Zone of Proximal Dnevelopment (ZPD), which
defines for each individual the state of readiness for learning.

The teacher will post pictures of action words. Let the pupils say something
about the pictures.

The month of August is one of the happiest months for Sama Tribe. It is a
time of bountiful harvest. Traditionally they will offer prayer and dance to show their
gratitude to Magbabaya their Lord.

procedures

Standards in Story Reading


* Sit properly.
* Listen carefully to the reader.
* Answer the Pre Reading Questions after the reading.
IP Integration = a Sama Story written by the teacher using the names of the local
residents.

The teacher will invite an IP Elder or Co-teacher who is a Sama native


speaker for the reading of the story “Si Czarina sa Pangapog”.

*Pupils will harvest the fruit if the word written on it is an action word and put it inside
the basket.

*Assist the learners who couldn’t read yet read by reading what is written in the fruit.

=discovery learning, trial and error through which a student can uncover the

* Pupils will be grouped into 3


* Each group will be given a certain task to do that shows an action.
