Please find our comments on the subject schedule.

Start the construction for each station in sequence with no 3 days Gap between stations.
Look at the possibility of doing the Activities in parallel for two stations.
Accelerate the M130 to Nov-21.

Dear Abdulaziz,
Based on our discussion, the construction schedule is attached for your review. The E station unit SD and pre-commissioning
activities are extended till mid Dec . As we progress on construction activities, AIP will try to accelerate the E station activities.

The delivery for some of the material ordered is expected in Jan- Feb 2022 based on the attached SAP report received from STS . As
an option AIP can also check the surplus to support the project schedule.

Looking forward for confirmation from you to go ahead with material collection and award of PO.
