My body lumbers and crashes its feet onto the floor with loud thud upon
every step, whilst my back is frozen arched and my face drooping down.

A languid breeze drags itself through the air with lassitude, with not a care in
the world about effort. At times, it would give up completely and plummet to
the ground and lay asleep for hours before trying again.

pavements. The wind whispered through the alleys, rustling the leaves of the
trees and stirring up debris on the streets. It was as if the city had come
alive, taking on a personality of its own.

sprays of brackish warm water, while the wind caressed me with its cold

ocean. It splattered the sky with streams of creamy-yellow that seeped
through clouds, filled the sky and gilded the beach with a bronze lamination.

Umber slabs of wood were nailed together to form a stall of sorts. Its
skin seemed scrubbed down and polished of any imperfections and
unwanted patches, now glossy and seemingly coated in a glaze; it
glistened amidst its bath of the white and warm shower of the day. The
shelves of the stall were inhabitated with a dense population of myriad-
coloured gizmos, scintillating, evenly spaced from one another. They
were arranged in an orderly formation, like a rainbow battalion.

A temperamental languid breeeze seemed to roam about, ocassionaly


hurling about with a caprice and squealing during tantrums. It grew
closer and closer to the stall during its journeying, as it began gently
prodding it with curiosity causing the stall to slightly shiver. Then, it
starts to relentlessly batter and pummel the stall, causing it to disgorge
its contents onto the ground and eventually collapse.

once clean clothes. Some fled and abandoned the tribe of flying mud onto

their faces onto the floor, revealing their death stare.

beach was bound to be swept of its sand, leaving but a depressing and
desolate coast of land. And without the golden grains of joy, the beach would

idea. The utter realization of the beach's doom seared us with sadness and
