FINAL EXAM
INSTRUCTION: Read each question carefully. Write your answer in your exam
booklet in the same order of the questions. Answer the essay questions legibly,
clearly, and concisely. Write your answers only on the front of every page of
your booklet. If the front pages are not sufficient, continue at the back of the
first page and so on. Start every number on a separate page, but an answer to
a sub-question under the same number may be written continuously on the
same page and on the immediately succeeding pages until the answer is
complete. Follow the numbering sequence of the Questionnaire in your
answers.

May the executive department modify or set aside the judgment of the
court? If yes, what are the instances where the Executive department may
modify or set aside the judgement of the court. (5pts)

Section 6 Article III of the 1987 Philippine Constitution provides that:
“The liberty of abode and of changing the same within the limits
prescribed by law shall not be impaired except upon lawful order of the
court. Neither shall the right to travel be impaired except in the interest of
national security, public safety, or public health, as may be provided by
law.”
