pollution — cannot be sustained in the long term.

When do I need to be in Erfurt?

1 The shuttle transfer from the Bus Stop in Erfurt leaves
at 5PM and 8PM on 16th of August. Please plan your trip
in a way, that you can be there in time!

For the departure: At what time can I leave Erfurt?

2 The shuttle transfer will bring you to Erfurt on the 25 th of August in the morning. You can
plan your trip starting in Erfurt as from 10:30AM.

What does greentravel mean?

3 Green Travel means one of the following options: Bus, carpool (at least 2 persons), bike,
train or other sustainable means of transport. It is only at choice for Romania, Lithuania,
Poland and the Netherlands. No Green Travel means car, plane, ship or motorcycle.

What is the intercultural evening?

4 Here we will profit from our intercultural together. Every participating country will present
a typical custom, delicacy or ritual. Therefore, we ask you to prepare something, you want
to share with the group! If necessary, we can provide cooling options.

5 Do I need to prepare myself?

We don’t expect you to be all into the topic. But if you want to share thematic insights you
already have, please let us know! There is always the possibility, to head sessions from
your side, too.
On top of that, the programme part “TIME TO SHINE”, will be reserved, to learn one from
another. Therefore, you can think about special skills or knowledge you can imagine
teathing to the others.

6 How does the reimbursement work?

According to the erasmus+ program rules we will reimburse the travel costs on the basis
of the most economic option (second class railway tickets, apex -flights etc.). accompanied
by the receipt of complete and original tickets, invoices, bills, receipts, boarding cards etc.
the travel costs of participants, from their place of origin to the venue of the activity and
return will be reimbursed to a maximum contribution. this contribution is based on the
travel distance (see travel fee).
Regular air tickets must be accompanied by
• original invoice (signed and stamped)/receipt/pay order/proof of payment
• boarding pass (the small ticket stub you receive before boarding the plane)
• prices stated in the invoices, receipts etc. must coincide with the price on the ticket
e-tickets must be
• printed out, include your name, the fare you paid, details of your flight on one page
• be provided along with the credit card receipt for the payment or a copy of your bank
statement (clearly showing the payment has been made)
• given in with the boarding pass (the ticket stub you receive before boarding)
Please inform your group leader about your travel plan and he will check it up with us.
You will receive approval afterwards.
